What is it?

The DEI Road Forward™ is a live, instructor-led, virtual workshop designed for people who want to successfully navigate our changing DEI political landscape.

With the new political landscape and the pervasive anti-DEI rhetoric filling the airwaves, most DEI advocates, practitioners, and consultants are in a state of shock and paralysis. No one seems to know what to do, how to act, or where to go. The year 2025 has opened, and everyone is in a wait-and-see mode.

Now is the time to move beyond paralysis. To keep the progress created by DEI and move forward, we must ground ourselves in history, strengthen our resilience, and take bold, strategic action.
